About Shipment Delay: We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, however, please note that the estimated shipping time frame is subject to unexpected delays. These delays may be caused by factors beyond our control such as bad weather, flight cancellation, customs clearance system failure, etc. We do not offer full refunds for shipment delays, but if the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a full refund. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Wrong Shipping Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We kindly advise you to double-check your address, phone number and email address before placing your order. Please ensure that the delivery personnel can contact you when delivering your package. It is important to note that we will not be responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect shipping address. Additionally, we cannot offer any refunds for shipping costs in the event that your package is returned.

However, in the event that customs decides to inspect your package and deems it taxable, there may be additional fees that will be charged to you, the customer. These fees must be paid by the customer.
Backorders & Preorders: If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments.
